TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVE KUNMING

Upon arrival at Kunming airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAYS 2-3: KUNMING TO DALI

Enjoy a tour to the picturesque Stone Forest today where vast limestone columns rise in surreal shapes and images. (B,L) Tomorrow you will fly to Dali. Explore the Ancient Quarter, visit the Three Pagodas and cruise on Erhai Lake. In the evening stroll down Foreigner’s Street absorbing the local atmosphere at the market stalls. (B,L)

DAYS 4-5: DALI TO LIJIANG

Visit the Xizhou Village and the local market before travelling to the ‘living museum’ town of Lijiang. Visit the Black Dragon Pool this afternoon. (B,L) Explore one of the meadows of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tomorrow before you visit the Baisha Frescoes and explore the Ancient Quarter. (B,L)

DAYS 6-7: LIJIANG TO ZHONGDIAN

Travel to Zhongdian, visiting Tiger Leaping Gorge en route. (B,L) The next day enjoy a visit to the Baishui Terrace, where spring water cascades over layers of white limestone pools. (B,L)

DAYS 8-9: ZHONGDIAN TO KUNIMING

Today you will visit Napa Hai Lake and the Songshanlin Monastery. (B,L) The following day return to Kunming and stroll through the Flower Market. (B,L)

DAY 10: DEPART KUNMING

After check-out this morning you will be transferred to Kunming airport where your arrangements end. (B)
