TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVE DELHI

Upon arrival at Delhi airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2: DELHI

Enjoy a tour of Delhi; see India Gate, view the Red Fort and walk through Chandni Chowk Bazaar to Jama Masjid. Continue to Lakshmi Narayan Hindu Temple and Humayun’s Tomb before stopping at Connaught Place Markets for some shopping. (B,L)

DAY 3: DELHI TO AGRA

Leave Delhi this morning and drive to Agra, stopping at Sikandra en route to visit the marble tomb of Akbar. (B,L)

DAY 4: AGRA

Rise early this morning to view the Taj Mahal as the sun is rising. Later you will visit Agra Fort. (B,L)

DAY 5: AGRA TO JAIPUR

Leave Agra this morning and drive to Jaipur, visiting the fortified ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri en route. (B,L)

DAY 6: JAIPUR

Enjoy a tour of Jaipur starting with a brief photo stop at Hawa Mahal and the local shops nearby. Continue with a visit to the City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Amer Fort. (B,L)

DAY 7: JAIPUR TO BUNDI

This morning you will drive to Bundi, a mediaeval town known for its forts and palaces. This afternoon visit Nawal Sagar, an artificial lake with a submerged shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva in the centre. (B,L)

DAY 8: BUNDI

Visit the Bundi Palace, famous for its murals and frescoes. From here you will head to the nearby Taragarh Fort, which offers a magnificent view of the town. Visit the Chatra Mahal and Badal Mahal and take a look at the many step wells including Ranji-ki-Baori, the largest of its kind in Rajasthan. (B,L)

DAY 9: BUNDI TO DELHI VIA KOTA

After breakfast transfer to Kota railway station to board your train back to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi railway station you will be transferred to your Delhi hotel or airport where your arrangements end. (B,L)
