TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1: PAKSE TO KHONG ISLAND

Upon arrival at Pakse airport you will be met and transferred to Champassak, where you will visit the Khmer ruins of Wat Pho. Travel to Ban Khiet Ngon Village and take and elephant ride to Phou Asa Hill, then continue to Khong Island by road. Later, visit the Khone Phapheng Waterfallsm the biggest in Southeast Asia. (L)

DAY 2: KHONG ISLAND

Cruise by boat through the Si Phan Don area also known as 'Four Thousand Islands'. Visit an old French railway station before lunch. This afternoon walk through local villages to the Liphi Waterfalls where you will be given a fishing lesson be a local fisherman. (B,L)

DAY 3: KHONG ISLAND TO PAKSE

Return to Pakse today, stopping en route to visit the Tad Yuang and Tad Fane waterfalls. You will also visit a tea or coffee plantation before arriving in Pakse this afternoon. Browse through the exotic night market this evening. (B)

DAY 4: DEPART PAKSE

After check-out this morning you will be transferred to Pakse airport where your arrangements end. (B)
