Your tour commences in the vibrant capital of Phnom Penh, where you will learn about the country’s turbulent past. Sihanoukville is regarded as one of Cambodia’s most popular beach destinations; here you will have time to relax and soak up the atmosphere. View stunning waterfalls and wildlife at Kirirom National Park and visit the colonial town of Battambang.
Temple enthusiasts will be enthralled in Siem Reap. Tour the fortified city of Angkor Thom, the incredible Angkor Wat, as well as other less visited temples. You will be amazed by the sheer magnitude of these ancient sites.
From scenic beauty to ancient wonders, Cambodia and its gracious people leaves a lasting impression on all who visit.

DAY 1: AUSTRALIA TO PHNOM PENH
Fly with Singapore Airlines to Phnom Penh for a two night stay. Adelaide passengers may depart one day earlier.
DAY 2: PHNOM PENH
Tour the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Emerald Buddha and National Museum. Learn about the atrocities of Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge at the Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocidal Crimes and the Killing Fields. Later, watch the sun set from Wat Phnom.
DAY 3: PHNOM PENH TO KAMPOT
Visit Tonle Bati and continue to a pepper farm in Kep. Take a boat to Koh Tonsay, also known as Rabbit Island. Enjoy some free time here before you travel to Kampot.
DAY 4: KAMPOT TO SIHANOUKVILLE
See the cave temple of Phnom Chhnork and enjoy a walking tour through Kampot. Later travel to the beachside town of Sihanoukville and view the town from Victory Hill.
DAYS 5-6: SIHANOUKVILLE TO PHNOM PENH
The day is free at your leisure to explore Sihanoukville. Tomorrow return to Phnom Penh, stopping en route at Kirirom National Park to see the stunning waterfalls.
DAY 7: PHNOM PENH TO BATTAMBANG
Drive to the town of Battambang, stopping en route at the 17th-century capital of Udong. You will also visit Kampong Chhnang Province to see traditional handmade pottery and climb Touch Hill to admire the scenery.
DAY 8: BATTAMBANG
Take in the views of the Prasa Banan Temple from Phnom Banan Hill. Stop at a vineyard for wine tasting and Wat Kor Village to view traditional Khmer life. Continue to the non governmental organisation, ‘La Maison de Coco’, which teaches weaving skills to the local students.
DAY 9: BATTAMBANG TO SIEM REAP
Travel to Siem Reap. Stop at the Puok District to visit the National Silk Centre, where you will learn about silk creation from the harvesting of mulberries.
DAY 10: SIEM REAP
Rise early to explore the amazing temples of Angkor, starting with Ta Prohm, left to be swallowed by the jungle. Continue to Angkor Thom, the Bayon, Elephant Terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and the magnificent Angkor Wat.
DAY 11: SIEM REAP
Travel to Kbal Spean where you will visit a waterfall and view the intricate carvings set into the riverbed. Return to Siem Reap and visit Banteay Srei, Banteay Samre and continue to Pre Rup in time for sunset.
DAY 12: SIEM REAP
Travel by boat to see the floating villages along Tonle Sap. Continue to the less visited temple of Beng Mealea. Return to Siem Reap, visiting Artisans d’Angkor where disadvantaged youth are taught traditional handicrafts. This evening enjoy a Apsara dance performance.
DAY 13: DEPART SIEM REAP
This morning is free at your leisure before you are transferred to Siem Reap airport to board your overnight flight to Australia.
DAY 14: ARRIVE AUSTRALIA
Arrive home today.
