All Australian citizens require a full passport for all holidays with Wendy Wu Tours and this should be valid for at least six months after the date of your scheduled return home date with 2 x blank facing pages. If you are not an Australian citizen, other regulations may apply therefore its important you check with the nearest embassy of the country you intend to visit.
Please note that for we will require a clear, coloured scan of your passport information page. Furthermore, if you renew your passport after you have booked, it is important you advise us of the new details as soon as possible and you may be required to take your old passport with you to maintain the validity of the trip.
Where visas are required, the visa processing fee is included for Australian, Ordinary passport holders on all Classic and Go Beyond group tours.

Wendy Wu Tours does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa for your holiday as each passenger has different personal circumstances, the decision to approve a visa is down to the relevant Embassy. Wendy Wu Tours acts as a third party with no influence on the visa decision.
The relevant Embassy or Consulate has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy or the Consulate for an interview. Discovering new cuisine is a highlight of travel and your Local Guide will give you tips on local specialties to try. You will sample a range of local cuisine with occasional western meals, and meals are usually taken at local restaurants. On our Fully Inclusive Classic Group Tours, all meals are included unless specifically stated otherwise. On Go Beyond tours and our independent Private Tours/Extensions, most meals are included however on some itineraries you have several free lunches and evenings, offering flexibility for those who wish to explore local restaurants. Please check your day-by-day tour itinerary for details of which meals are included. Drinks are not included in any of our tours and can be purchased locally.
Please inform your booking agent of any specific requirements well in advance of your trip. Please be aware that restaurants may not always be able to accommodate these. Wendy Wu Tours cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination for travellers with severe allergies, and suggest you remind each restaurant of your requirements. Gluten-free food may not be as readily available as in Australia.
Whilst travelling away from major cities, it is highly recommended that passengers with food intolerances take additional food items, as not all dietary requests will be met due to the limited foods available.
