I’m so glad the organisation and communication worked well for you especially post-booking and even after you got home. That’s exactly the level of service we aim for.

We really do appreciate your comments about the guide, they really do make our tours come to life.And to hear that you still saw everything you wanted despite an earthquake on the ground is genuinely impressive. Full credit to the team for keeping things on track during what must have been a pretty difficult time.

You’re so right about Indonesia, Komodo dragons are undeniably the headline act, but the country has so much more depth than that. It’s a real hidden gem in so many ways.

On the pricing point, unlike some of our competitors, our tours include everything so there are no additional costs to pay once you are on tour. We include all touring, guiding, entrance fees and meals in the one overall price.

Thank you too for your honest thoughts on the final night in Bali. I appreciate that the immediate surroundings didn't quite live up to the rest of your trip. That area is chosen primarily for the quality of the hotel itself and its convenient proximity to the airport for early-morning departures, a practical choice that works well for many customers. That said, I completely take on board your feedback about the local environment, and we'll certainly keep it in mind as we continually review our stopover options to ensure we're striking the right balance between convenience and experience.
