Seoul has been the capital of South Korea since the formation of the Republic of Korea in 1948. Twice occupied by communist forces during the Korean War, the city was extensively damaged and then rebuilt. Today it is Korea’s most populated city and the centre of business, education and modern culture.

DAY 1: ARRIVE SEOUL
Upon arrival at Seoul airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.
DAY 2: SEOUL
Enjoy a full-day seat-in-coach tour of Seoul. Start the day by witnessing the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony and exploring the many halls and pavilions at Gyeongbokgung Palace. Visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, Jogyesa Temple, the Korean Folk Village and either a Ginseng or Amethyst Factory. (B,L)
DAY 3: SEOUL
Enjoy the day free at your leisure to explore the many sights and sounds of Seoul. (B)
DAY 4: DEPART SEOUL
After check-out this morning you will be transferred to Seoul airport where your arrangements end. (B)
