Tour Reviews

"The food was great & the variety of restaurants fantastic"
Reviewed:

Peter (the tour guide) gave us a very personal tour of his country. His stories brought us to tears on a couple of occasions. The resilience of the Vietnamese was heart-warming their resourcefulness amazing and their driving skills being a chaotic sense of order.

Loved the variety and Peter giving us flexibility to move the itinerary around to suit us. The free day in Hoi An was loved by us all wanting time just to chill out, shop and explore more without the structure.

The food was great & the variety of restaurants fantastic from upmarket to family owned small restaurants. I especially love going to KOTO in Saigon.

I would love to see Wendy Wu do some tours based on seeing some of the charitable organisations and playing a part somehow in doing something hands on for these charities i.e. buying books & school supplies etc. or helping out the poorer villages or street kids.

Loved the homestay and the food, coffee and accommodation surprised us all how good it was – we were told not to expect much.

Would love to go back to Vietnam on a Wendy Wu tour but all the itineraries are similar. Some new itineraries would be good e.g. longer stays in Halong Bay or Nha Trang and visiting some off the track places (from other tour companies).

"All aspects of the trip went extremely well"
Reviewed:

We had a great time and found the experience wonderful. The group we travelled with were excellent. All aspects of the trip went extremely well. Vietnam Airlines were excellent and provided all the service we could want. The bus travel within Vietnam was of a high standard and the bus’s we travelled in well cared for and in good condition. The drivers and assistants made sure we travelled in luxury and provided any assistance needed during our travel. Boat travel was exactly the same with people provided any assistance they may have needed.

I would also particularly like to highlight our guide Peter from Indochina Tours who was a wonderful ambassador for his country. His Attention to detail and care for the group went beyond the call of duty with many added experiences along the way. Accommodation was all fine and the meals provided were excellent enhancing the wonderful experience we had. Peter was a credit to his company and Wendy Wu. I would recommend Peter to anyone.
