Tour reviews

Wendy Wu Tours Review:

"This was the first time I had experienced an escorted tour and it fulfilled all my expectations.

I feel this was in a large way due to the delightful National tour guide, Linda Yang. She was friendly, very efficient, fun to be with; exhibited a great amount of knowledge of China, the cities, the people and their customs. She displayed a great national pride and explained the changes happening everywhere. Linda also showed friendly interest in all of us and we definitely felt like her ’family’ as she was fond of calling us. I had need of her help when finding the eastern doctor hard to understand on the Yangtze river cruise ship, I was grateful for her interpretation and support at the consultation. The itinerary was excellent.

I will always remember the excellent evening in Kunming when we watched ‘The Grand Original Native Song and Dance Medley’ – ‘Shangri La Dynamic Yunnan’ with the highlights being Yang Liping dancing in ‘Moonlight’ and ‘Spirit of the Peacock’. What a talent!"

Wendy Wu Tours Review:

"We were lucky enough to join a group of 16 Australians and 2 New Zealanders who after a few days became a large happy family. This in no small measure was due to our excellent national guide Maggie. Maggie was happy, knowledgeable and had great communication skills. She really made the tour a pleasure. We felt that the Classic China tour was good value for money and would be happy to recommend it to all our friends. We did the tour on the recommendation of friends."
