Wendy Wu Tours Reviews:

"Dear Wendy Wu,

I am writing to thank you for one of the most amazing touring holidays my husband and I have ever taken.

We returned from a fourteen day China tour yesterday. I have nothing but praise for the way the tour was conducted. Our National Guide was Hoffman and, in my opinion, he did the most fantastic job with a great sense of humour and much courtesy.

When we discovered that we had left some belongings behind at a hotel that we would not be returning to, Hoffman graciously took my husband, in a taxi, back to the hotel for him to retrieve our belongings. What was an embarrassing situation for us, Hoffman dealt with professionally and without any sense of recrimination towards us.

Thank you for a wonderfully arranged and professionally conducted tour of China. We are in our mid-sixties and early seventies and, although this tour involved a great deal of walking, both on the flat and in steps, the pace set was adequate for our level of fitness.

We have no hesitation in recommending Wendy Wu tours to anyone and will certainly do so to our friends. We are hoping to book for a tour to India with Wendy Wu and look forward to the same value for money as with our China trip."

"My mother and I recently went on a tour of China “Majestic Yangtze’.

I am writing to express our thanks to our wonderful tour guide ‘Andy Zhau’. We were so impressed with the overall value and quality of the tour, from the accommodation to the food and events. All our local guide were fantastic and shared so much local knowledge and interesting history of the wonderful country that is China.

The stand out for us both was Andy, he was delightful from the moment he introduced himself to the final goodbye. Nothing was a problem and he looked after our every need with a caring and patience manner. He was happy to answer a constant stream of questions not only from us but the whole group.

From all my travels I have never experienced such kindness, knowledge and patience from a tour guide.

I cannot express enough how happy with were with the overall experience and would highly recommend ‘Wendy Wu’ tours. In fact I have already done so!

Again a massive thanks to Andy, we wish him every success and happiness - it is certainly deserved."

For the purposes of your overall cost, this has been calculated into your AUD/USD tipping amount. Your required tipping amount will need to be paid in two different currencies (US Dollars and Chinese Renmibi/Yuan) whilst you are in China. The specific amounts for each currency will be outlined in your final documentation.
