Mekong - Pandaw River Cruise

From $1,860 per person Twin Share

Mekong River

The Mekong River is one of the world’s 10 longest rivers. Originating from the mountains of Tibet, it flows through China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam before emptying into the South China Sea. There is no tapestry of river life as fascinating and varied as the life along the Mekong River! Experience the contrast between Vietnam’s largest and most cosmopolitan city of Saigon, the endless array of waterways in the bustling Mekong Delta to the tranquillity and rich countryside of Cambodia as you cruise along the Mekong River.

Pandaw River Cruises

The Pandaw ships originate from the Irrawaddy Flotilla Company, which had a fleet of over 650 steamers all of which were destroyed in 1942 during World War II. The first Pandaw was a restored steamer which was revived in 1995 and from which the concept and style of cruising was created.  The ‘Pandaw River Cruises’ was the first cruise company to explore the Mekong through Vietnam and Cambodia. With over 12 years experience in cruising, the ‘Pandaw River Cruises’ is the largest river cruise company in Asia with 6 luxury ships, all designed as replicas of the colonial river steamers. They explore 5 countries offering an adventurous experience with daily shore excursions, whilst enjoying the immense comfort of the ship including fine dining and outstanding service.

The RV Tonle Pandaw and RV Mekong Pandaw provide all passengers with extraordinary service and care on the river. Each ship features a bar, dining area, promenade deck and can take approx 64-66 passengers, with a ratio of 1 staff member to every 2 passengers. The state rooms are 15sqm in size all featuring air-conditioning and private facilities.
