LANGUAGE - There are 4 official languages spoken including Malay, Mandarin, English and Tamil, however, the national language is Malay.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - Passports must be valid for six months beyond the length of stay. Visas are not required for Australian passport holders for entry into Singapore, however, a Social Visit Pass is issued on arrival for stays up to 30 days, an extension up to 90 days is at the discretion of Singapore Immigrations.

It is a great stopover destination with pockets of cultural diversity in areas such as Chinatown, Kampong Glam, Arab Street and Little India. Singapore also plays host to the annual Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, marking a milestone in the history of F1 as it is the first street race in Asia as well as the first night race in the world.
