Wendy Wu Tours Review:

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for designing a truly wonderful holiday for my husband and myself. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary, and wanted something special to mark this milestone, and your tour certainly provided this for us.

We have for the past few years taken cruises, my last land tour was a Helen Wong tour mainly centred on Shanghai, but the Wendy Wu tour was far superior in every way, and very good value for money. We were very impressed with the local guides, Troy, Owen, Nancy and Kevin, their knowledge, and sense of humour were very enjoyable. The national guide, Elsie, was exceptional. Always cheerful, always going the extra mile to keep the tour members happy, which in many ways was a difficult task. Throughout Elsie remained pleasant, professional and accomodating.

I will not hesitate in recommending Wendy Wu tours to my friends, and will have many fond memories to remind me of a great holiday."

Wendy Wu Tours Review:

"I recently toured China with my family and Wendy Wu tours. The way the trip was organised made it effortless and really allowed us to enjoy China without any worries. We were lucky to have a great group of people from 16-80 years on the tour, and no doubt we have made some long term friends. The local tour guides (Cici, Susan, Jay and Stephen) were knowledgable and approachable, and when called upon, were willing to go the extra mile for their guests.

It is really apparent that Wendy Wu employees have a passion for customer service, and China's history and culture. Guilin was stunning and Beijing and Shanghai were dynamic; it was great to have achieved so much in just two weeks. Without a doubt Garry was an amazing national guide- he delivers on great customer service with a genuine, respectful and humourous manner. He truly has a beautiful soul and was so happy everyday, no matter what time the wake-up call was! Thankyou Garry for everything you provided us; everyone in the group misses you and won't forget you!
