Offer is valid between 03 Sep and 16 Oct 2020 on selective 2021 flight-inclusive group tours to Japan only, not in conjunction with any offer other than Loyalty Discount. Prices quoted are based on current wholesale business class airfare by Singapore Airlines at time of advertising and may be higher depending on date of purchase and date of travel, subject to capacity of tour and desired booking class. Price is for new bookings only, based on twin-share with single supplements apply. Subject to availability. Departures are from SYD, MEL, BNE, ADL and PER based on Singapore Airlines’ operating services. Due to airline schedules, a domestic connection within Australia to international flights, or extra nights’ accommodation may be required and is at an additional expense.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $99pp is to arrive at Wendy Wu Tours or your travel agent within three days of receiving confirmation that space has been held for you. Final balance is due 75 days prior to departure. Air tickets will be subsequently issued upon receiving the residual of full payment; and bookings are not transferrable. Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to release specials which are applicable to new bookings only. In the event your tour departure is deferred due to unforeseen circumstances such as government travel restrictions, the deposit will be placed as future travel credit and Rebooking Fee will be waived. Air tickets being issued will be placed under applicable Singapore Airlines’ policy waiver at time of cancelation. Standard policy applies to voluntary changes and/or cancellation. A valid passport copy must be provided at time of booking to ensure passenger names match with passports. Any spelling corrections made after a deposit is paid must be sent in writing and will incur additional fees, including any ticket reissue fees. Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated, or any omissions made at any time during your booking. Any verbal quote given is an indication only of the final price and is subject to confirmation in writing.
