2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Friday 27 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 15 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may be ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
Upload original cherry blossom photos or videos to Instagram or Facebook,
Tag @WendyWuToursAustralia in their post, and
Follow @WendyWuToursAustralia on both Instagram and Facebook.
Each eligible post constitutes one (1) entry into the promotion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Wendy Wu Tours travel voucher redeemable on any new group tour booking.
Total prize pool: $500 AUD.
The prize will be issued in digital voucher format, as an e-travel voucher.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection (Game of Skill)
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged based on creativity, quality, and representation of Japan’s cherry blossom season.
Judging will take place at Wendy Wu Tours, Level 8, 92 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook on 16 April 2026.
The winner may also be announced via @WendyWuToursAustralia social media stories.
8. Prize Conditions
The travel voucher is subject to the following conditions:
Bookings must be made by 31 December 2026 for travel before 31 December 2027.
The voucher will be forfeited if not redeemed within this period.
Redeemable on Wendy Wu Tours group tours only. Excludes special groups, tailor-made itineraries and private tours.
The voucher cannot be used as a deposit.
The balance of travel arrangements must be paid according to standard booking requirements.
Bookings must be made directly with Wendy Wu Tours.

9. Promotional Consent
By entering the promotion, participants agree to the use of their submitted content, name and social media handle for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

Attend the online event held on Wednesday 25 March 2026 at 11:00am AEDT.
Attendance at the event constitutes one (1) entry into the promotion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $1,000 Wendy Wu Tours travel voucher redeemable on any new group tour booking.
Total prize pool: $1,000 AUD.
The prize will be issued in digital voucher format, as an e-travel voucher.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection (Game of Chance)
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct email within 48 hours of the competition closing.
The winner’s first name, surname initial and state will be published on this page within 48 hours after the event.
