Arti the lady I dealt with has had a lot to put up with. She remained happy and considerate. She was great assistance. She kept cool and I have booked but am likely to move to another earlier date. Is this a problem not for Arti in professional capacity.

My trip to China was a very interesting experience.
I was impressed with the extraordinary history, culture and how advance the modern cities, the fast train, the roads and highways.
The trip was a real success because our excellent guide Betty. She was so aware of our security and needs. Besides her perfect English, her interesting anecdotes made our long bus journeys pleasant. Very grateful with her
The food was delicious and nice to go to local restaurants to see the real way of eating of Chinese people.
The fast train was amazing to ride. The train station so clean and organized
Impressed me the cleanliness and organization of the cities in general
The others guides and bus driver were very nice too, specially Tony in Beijing and Johnny in Datong etc…

This holiday is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for travelers who want to see more of the interesting ancient stuff that China has to offer.
The itinerary gives an interesting mixture of the well known sights (in or near the big towns) and almost unknown sights near small towns in between.
Long distances were traveled by Bullet Train (far nicer than internal flights) - these were organised impeccably, as were the smaller distances traveled by coach.
The tour manager (Lisa) was amazing, cheerful, friendly & informative and really went the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly for us. The local guides were all, likewise, cheerful, friendly & informative and experts in their locality and the sights we would be seeing. At no point was language / comprehension a problem.
Food was good, all the way through, and frequently excellent.
Hotels were usually very good / excellent while one or two were included to give a period experience - I enjoyed them all.

First time using Wendy Wu and didn’t know what to…. They turned out to be brilliant and exceeded all expectations. National guide couldn’t do enough for us.

This was the holiday of a lifetime and proved to be excellent value. Everything was perfectly planned and managed by Wendy Wu Tours, from booking onwards. The schedule was jam-packed and we were able to see so many different aspects of China and its long history, accompanied by local guides in each main region who put our experiences in context for us, and our national guide who was with us from start to finish and became a valued friend. I was truly sad to leave this wonderful country.

Pre-Holiday support excellent; answered all queries & sorted out Visa. During Tour National & Local Guides provided full support from touch down to take off. I am looking to book with Wendy Wu for 2019.

The holiday went smoothly; any issues quickly sorted & resolved by Guides. Itinerary covered everything I wanted (except Hanging Temple which was closed for renovations) & much more besides

All inclusive, looked after from arrival to departure, all food and tips included. Just a few "shopping" trips, which are not needed.

Excellent trip and tour guides, particularly Alice the National guide, brilliant. Enjoyed the transport experiences on the trains. Visited before but now three years on things have changed, most noticably.
