Very pleasant and helpful

This trip was a really great experience all round. I can't believe we managed to cram so much into the 15 days! Beijing, the Great Wall, Xi'an and the Terracotta Warriors, Pandas in Chengdu, the Yangtse River Cruise including the Three Gorges Dam, and finally Shanghai, one of the greatest cities I have ever visited. The itinerary organised by Wendy Wu gave us a good overview of China, and forced us to revise all our preconceptions about China, which we found to be at least 30 years out of date! It made me want to go back, and see more of this great country. All thanks to Ivan, our tour guide, who made everything easy. All the local guides were good, but Cherry, our Chengdu guide deserves a special mention for her endless supply of jokes!

The initial consideration of the Wendy Wu website offerings were easy to follow. Selecting our preference from the available tours was easily transacted and deposit paid very quickly and transparently.
Having used this service for a previous tour to China earlier this year we were confident with likely administration and quality of the chosen tour for Vietnam over a similar 25 day period with comparable accommodation and transport modes.

Great service booking my next holiday. Several members of the team were instrumental in following up locally when the China tour I wanted flagged up as sold out. Luckily they managed to secure a space and Im looking forward to my second solo WW tour. Booking is very easy, even selecting alternative flights. Nothing is too much trouble!

On the plus side the consultant that I had the most dealings with was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness!
On the downside I think I was misled by a different consultant as to which airline was operating the business class offer. Also disappointed by Wendy Woo no longer offering early ticketing to enable pre booking of seats.

Kylie was great. experienced and patient when dealing with an uncertain customer. This will be my second Wendy Wu tour. Very excited
