Attentive to our needs. Tour arrangements are in place. Now waiting for the trip in 2027

Stephen Jordan who I spoke with yesterday on the phone, was truly excellent, so helpful and I did not feel I was being ‘sold’ any product, he (Steve) took his time to explain everything to me and my husband, there was no pressure and he was so friendly yet professional and his attention to detail was great. Really happy (so far) with Wendy Wo Tours, thank you.

Excellent service.
Very efficient
Really enjoyed the roadshow and booked a holiday afterwards

Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and clear in their information. Nothing was too complicated or difficult for them to answer. It was an entirely positive experience and I am now looking forward to my trip.

The tour part of the trip was fabulous and the guide, Linda, was amazing and was a big reason for it being such a successful tour.
China is an amazing place. The extra day in Shanghai allowed me to experience its metro and it blew my mind: clean, easy to follow. efficient and much better than any Metro I've experienced in other parts of the world (New York, Milan, London, Paris, Sydney to name a few).
My two nights in Chongqing were worth the extra money (it wasn't cheap tagging it on to the Gems of China Tour and needing to pay for a personal guide and driver) because it is a great city and, again, my enjoyment was in no small part enhanced by having Sherry as a guide who went out of her way to make sure that my every wish was taken care of.

Great tour so many sights
Hands, Great Wall, bullet train, Terracotta warriors, Yangtze river cruise, 3 gorges, Bailong Elevator among many others
Well organised with a great Guide called Joe who kept us on track which was not easy due to the size of the party 26?
Just a warning for those lthinking of this tour, it is very testing every day was challenging often 12+ hrs lots of walking some days straight to evening meal from the tour no time to change first
For me too much shopping time, but would not have missed it

Good Knowledge of the product and very helpful

Great itinerary. The guide, Ken, was excellent. He keeps his cool, explains things well, has excellent English, understands British and Australian sense of humour irony and jargon. In short he is a Gem.

This vacation delivered everything that was promised. Our National Guide (Joe) was excellent and the Local Guides were very good. The itinerary was an efficient way to see many of the highlights that China has to offer. All accommodations and meals were of a very good quality. The cruise was the at the budget end (a bit tired but perfectly adequate and the crew were lovely). The description of the activity level is correct - you are on the go all day and some of the older members of our group found it tiring. I personally would have enjoyed more time in some locations but the 'Gems" certainly gives you a great appreciation of China today and in the past. Probably the only issue is the wasted day in Zhangjiajie at the Grand Canyon "theme park". Do the Glass Bridge and the caves then get extra time in Shanghai. One of our tour members required hospitalisation and this was handled extremely well by our guides, Wendy Wu and the hospital system and reinforced our confidence in Wendy Wu as a tour operator. Overall, the trip has given us confidence to return and explore further.

Haven’t travelled yet , but book easy . I let you know after we have been

We had a lovely time at the Wendy Wu Road Show. The meet and greet with a welcome drink was a lovely start to the event, and the slideshow and host were both very informative and interesting.
Cheryl was extremely professional, friendly and helpful when taking our booking, making the whole process very easy.

Had excellent advice and help

I recently booked the Gems of China tour for next year, but want to stop over on the way out and on our return. The staff have been very helpful with advice and suggestions.
