We are pleased to hear that the tour across Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo and Singapore was well looked after from the moment you joined the group. It is good to know that the fully inclusive nature of the arrangements sightseeing, meals and hotels, worked smoothly, and we are particularly glad that the gesture of providing meal money at airports was appreciated. Your positive comments about the guides and the memorable experiences are very welcome.

We have noted your disappointment with the final hotel room. We do understand that a particularly small room can be frustrating, especially when there is insufficient space to store luggage comfortably. We will raise this with our local hotel partners to review the allocation of rooms for our groups and to ensure that, where possible, more practical options are offered.
