Thank you for your review. I am really pleased that the national guide and local guides made such a positive impression. They take great pride in their work, so it is always rewarding to hear that their efforts are noticed.

It is also good to know that the hotels, food, and overall flow of the tour met your expectations. We spend a lot of time getting the variety of destinations and experiences right, because that is what makes a trip feel rich and memorable rather than just a list of sights.

I take your point about Beijing, and you are not the first to wish for an extra day there. It is such a vast city with so much to take in, from the Forbidden City to the hutongs and everything in between. I just want to mention that we are always happy to quote for an additional night at the start or end of any tour. It is a simple change to make, and it gives you that breathing space to explore at a more relaxed pace or to add a side trip that might not fit into the standard itinerary. If you ever decide to return or recommend us to friends, please do bear that in mind.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. Honest feedback like this helps us improve and also helps future travellers make better choices.

Thanks,
Jimmy

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback following your recent holiday with us.

We are absolutely delighted to read that you had such a fabulous time and that Louis, our National Guide, along with our local guides, made such a positive impression. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the bullet train and found the organisation of the itinerary to be seamless throughout. Our team in China works hard to ensure every detail is considered, so your kind words mean a great deal to us.

We also genuinely appreciate your constructive observation regarding the visit to the Muslim Quarter. We completely understand that, after a long journey and an early start, an hour's walk in the heat may not have felt like the best use of time in that moment. This stop is typically included to offer a glimpse into the rich cultural and religious diversity of the region, but we take your point that the circumstances on the day made it less enjoyable than we would have hoped. Please be assured that we will review this element of the itinerary with our ground team, and we will consider whether alternative options or greater flexibility might be offered on that particular day for future departures.

Thank you again for your review and we very much hope to welcome you on another Wendy Wu adventure in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a generous review. We are genuinely delighted to learn that your holiday with Wendy Wu Tours exceeded your expectations in so many ways.

We are particularly pleased that you found your National Guide to be both an expert and entirely professional. Their role is to ensure that our guests can enjoy a fully immersive experience without concern for the practical details, and we are very glad that this was reflected in your journey. It is also pleasing to hear that you were impressed with the quality of your accommodation and travel arrangements, and that you considered the overall package to represent exceptional value for money.

Above all, we are delighted hat you gained such a rich understanding of China; its history, its people and its geography. That depth of cultural insight is at the very core of what we strive to offer, and it is wonderful to know that you appreciated it so fully.

Your kind comments will be passed on to your guide who I am sure will be most encouraged by them. We very much hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another of our tours soon.

With our sincere thanks,
Jimmy
