An amazing tour which was beyond my expectations. Experienced so many wonderful things including sunrise over Mt. Bromo and Komodo Dragons plus muich more.

The Wonders of Indonesia was a fantastic holiday and a great introduction to Wendy Wu. We started the trip in Jakarta and in our opinion, this was the worst day sightseeing and dinner of the trip. We benefitted from flying out a day earlier than the tour and so booked an independent trip in Jakarta. We visited the National Monument and Miniature Indonesia and we felt the detailed dioramas at the Monument explained the history of Indonesia better than the Wendy Wu tour in Bratarvia and the "miniature" buildings showed the differences throughout Indonesia's islands in a easy and fun way. Our opinion - but if this is our main criticism it shows what a great holiday this was.
We travelled with 14 others and no two days were the same. We experienced so much - temples, religious sites, we painted batik, formed our own band and ate dishes I doubt any of us would have been able to choose without our guide Putra's assistance.
Putra was a great asset to Wendy Wu - accompanying us all on the whole tour he was knowledgeable, thoughtful, resourceful, fun, reliable and nothing was ever too much trouble. When as a group we asked to deviate from the itinerary, he was only too happy to assist and enhanced our holiday in so many ways.
The main highlights have to be sunrise at Mount Bromo and Komodo Dragons - but it is the other funny things along the way that we as a group kept referring to and since home, still have a giggle about on our WhatsApp group.
Thank you Wendy Wu - we had a blast - and are looking forward to our trip with you to Mexico in January.

Thank you to Wendy Wu for a superb holiday - The Wonders of Indonesia, packed with unforgettable experiences which we will never forget., Highlights include Prambanan (a special mention to our excellent local guide), Borobudur and sunrise at Mount Bromo.
The organisation and attention to detail was excellent, for which we have to thank the star of the show, our guide Leni. She showed great patience, kindness and understanding. Her passion for and knowledge of her country was also exceptional.
We added on the Bali Explorer stay which was also very good. One small criticism is that the getting in and out of the small jeep on one day of this extension was not easy and was more difficult than the physical rating of 1 which this holiday has.

I received excellent service. The staff were very helpful when I had queries over the rerouting of our journey due to the events in Iran. They always responded quicky.

This was to book a trip to Indonesia in September.
The customer service operative was friendly and helpful, and drew my attention to a cheaper departure date, which I gratefully accepted.
She was very helpful throghout the subsequent booking procedure and offered to reserve my preferred seats on the four long-haul and local flights for me.
At the completion of the booking process, she promptly sent me the relevant documentation.

Booked the Wonders of Indonesia tour with Singapore extension yesterday and received exemplary Customer Service from Cheryl. We’d initially received a quote from Stephen a week or so earlier who’d been equally as friendly, helpful and efficient. Once we decided to go ahead with the booking Cheryl couldn’t have been more helpful and customer focused. She went out of her way to explain and ensure we were content with all aspects of the trip including arranging an earlier flight home from Singapore to Heathrow which would allow more time for us to travel back to Liverpool the same day rather than the possibility of having to arrange overnight accommodation in London etc. which was very much appreciated.

I’ve completed one amazing tour to Borneo with Wendy Wu and I’ve just booked my second holiday with them.
At the booking of this second holiday Andy offered me answers to my multiple questions. This ultimately gave me the reassurance, confidence and information I needed to make my travel decisions. I’m planning a big holiday taking in multiple countries so it wasn’t a straightforward booking.
I had a wonderful first Wendy Wu tour and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I felt confident embarking as a solo because the paperwork and information was thorough and told me everything I needed to know. I even had the WhatsApp number of my guide, so made contact prior to leaving UK. He met my arrival flight (I arrived 3 days before tour start) and transferred me to the Tour hotel. Wayne was a fantastic national guide and remained with us the whole time. He was as professional, giving the same care and attention to every client in the group. Everything about that holiday was faultless. From the itinery to the accommodation to the food. As a solo who rarely eats out, the variety of restaurants visited and cuisine on offer, was a constant delight. I have no hesitation in recommending Wendy Wu tours.
