Celebrating 25 Years of tour excellence

Port Douglas is known for its beach resorts and as the gateway to both The Great Barrier reef and The Daintree. It is considered to be paradise between the reef and the rainforest.

Port Douglas is a tropical coastal city located 1 hours' drive from Cairns in far north Queensland. It is the perfect base to explore and visit two well-known World Heritage areas; the Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef. The pristine scenery is great not only great to explore on ground but by sea and air too, with cruising and helicopter day tours quite popular in the area. Food and wine are another popular past-time and with over 50 great restaurants in the area serving all the delights of the local produce from the Atherton tablelands you are not short of choice.

One of the main attractions in this area is the Daintree, which is the world’s oldest rainforest surpassing even the Amazon! It is also home to a high percentage of unique flora and fauna and to its credit is mainly unspoiled by artificial structures and allows a more natural experience.

Off the coast is the Great Barrier Reef is the world’s largest coral reef system and hence one of the worlds 7 natural wonders. You can swim snorkel and dive in the reef but if getting wet is not your preference spectacular views from the skies is also possible on the helicopter fly overs.
