  • Day 1
    PARO TO THIMPU
    DAY 1: PARO TO THIMPU

    Upon arrival at Paro Airport, you will be transferred to your Thimpu Hotel. (L,D)

  • Day 2
    THIMPU
    DAY 2: THIMPU

    Tour Thimpu, including a visit to the National Library, the institute for Zorig Chusum (painting school), the National Memorial Chorten, the Folk Heritage and National textile museums and explore Trashi Chhoe Dzong. (B,L,D)

  • Day 3
    THIMPU TO PARO
    DAY 3: THIMPU TO PARO

    Head back to Paro and visit Simtokha Dzong en route. Upon arrival, explorer Ta Dzong an ancient watch tower and walk down a hillside trail to rinpung Dzong. (B,L,D)

  • Day 4
    PARO
    DAY 4: PARO

    Hike to Taktsang Monestery, known as 'Tigers Nest'. The moderate hike will take you past the cafeteria located halfway up the trail where you will enjoy lunch. Visit the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and Kychu Lhakhang on your return to Paro. (B,L,D)

    DEPART PARO
    DAY 5: DEPART PARO

    Transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
