Excellent, Julia was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. We had clear ideas on the destinations but we meant on Julia for advice and her experience. It is refreshing to have the telephone answered promptly and get through to to the right department quickly. The next steps have all been made clear and confirmed by e-mail.

We went to the Manchester Destinations travel show having firstly attended an online webinar and got to meet Wendy Wu doing a talk, soooo much energy😎. The staff at the show were brilliant and Andy looked after us so well tailoring the flights and add-ons we wanted booking us a holiday of a lifetime to Japan then Hong Kong.

Overall, this was an amazing experience. From the start, the booking process and arrangements were efficient and well executed.

Rather than try to detail all 16 days in Japan, I'll just summarise the key elements:
- the destinations were great. On a tour like this it will be difficult to cater for all needs, but we found that most locations were well worth visiting and that free time was catered for, allowing us to pursue our own interests to a degree. In terms of the top things to see in Japan, I couldn't pick a better list overall, and we came away with a genuine sense that we knew the country a lot better
- the weather. We travelled end-July - early August. We were lucky overall, with only a couple of spots of rain and mostly clear and sunny days. Bear in mind that stunning vistas of Mt Fuji are very unlikely this time of year, but the visit is still worth doing. It was very hot and humid, especially at the start, but as we traveled into the mountains it cooled and was more bearable. Air condition is ubiquitous, so it's only really the outdoor parts where this was a little uncomfortable.
- the food was generally excellent, with a wide variety of Japanese food and no shortage. A couple of choices of European style food (especially in the final Tokyo hotel) weren't as good, but still completely satisfactory
- our tour guide (Hiroko) was utterly incredible. She made the tour very special, with lots of insights into Japanese culture and history, and a calm efficiency that made sure that we kept on schedule but didn't feel too pressured.

We all had a wonderful time, and felt that the tour was extremely good value for money. With all excursions and entrance fees dealt with, and all the logistics completely sorted, we could just get on and enjoy the moment!

Very highly recommended, especially for a first trip to Japan.

It was well organised with an excellent guide. She put so much into her presentations. Perhaps you should consider reducing the various destinations as it is really a very tiring holiday especially for the 'older people.' The hotels were good and even though quite small the bedrooms were comfortable., O.K. for me - single occupant. The coaches were very comfortable. This was my 7th holiday with ~Wendy Wu and I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks for a great time.

Visiting the Silk Road was like a lifelong dream and with the blink of eyes my wish had come true exploring one of the hidden gem of Central Asia - Uzbekistan

What I was expecting was a bumpy ride in the middle of the Deserts and Mountains along the Silk Road but this turned out to be as smooth as SILK - a memorable trip of a lifetime beyond my imagination and which exceeded all my expectations!

It was an absolutely excellent experience with memories that will last a lifetime. It was a fantastic, well organised and seamless tour made exceptional by the hard work of a dedicated team. The detailed itineraries were a wonderful mix of must see sites and unexpected experiences such as crossing the ancient cities and towns rich in Islamic Architectures, Archaeological, historical and cultural excursions and littered with free time to absorb the most of these fascinating destinations.

The Hotels were of high quality standards and unique in its own ways!

What can I say about the Culinary experiences - Throughout the Tour we experienced and enjoyed varieties of breakfasts at the Hotels, Lunches and Dinners with the Locals enjoying their delicious homemade Uzbecki food & flavours with exceptional, humble and considerate hospitality especially being a vegetarian like me, I felt I was really well looked after.

Our Local guide Marat was very professional with excellent historical knowledge, fantastic customer services, always eager to help at every step of the journey and with great sense of humour. Marat was always happy to answer my " Million dollar" questions without hesitations, with positive attitude and always had a good focus and attention to details no matter how minute this may appear at all stages of the journey - be it Hotel check in, comfort breaks dietary requirements to endless lists of the fellow travellers!

Our Driver was very friendly and made us feel welcoming and at home ensuring the safest Driving experience ever through landscapes, deserts and rugged mountains.
