Well I only did booking on line which was easy except it wouldn't take my card so had to use another one that's Barclays for you . I received confirmation straight away and I was very pleased with the service I received.

An excellent touring holiday highlighting the many interesting facets of this very impressive country. As always Wendy Wu provide a very thorough, comprehensive guide through China by air, boat, bullet train, coach and on foot.

Very easy to book, and helpful advice beforehand. Hopefully, this level of service will be maintained throughout what looks to be the trip of a lifetime.

Four nights on a river cruise on the Yangtze River gardens, temples, pandas terracotta army the Great Wall of China that’s not to mention shows why you’re having a meal in the evening dressing up as Emperor and Empress jumping on a plane four in the morning the experience being on the bullet trains to your internal destinations the food was incredible so many different varieties of Chinese food.

A well organised and informative trip. Our guide, Madoka, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She did everything she could to make our holiday special. The food and hotels were excellent. The daily tour itinerary packed in as many sights and activities as possible so was very tiring. We would have preferred less Shrines to give some free time. Overall a perfect holiday.

Value for money. Excellent tour. Really full itinerary and extremely well looked after. We had an amazing tour guide known as Eddie Lau, he looked after us so, so well. Everything was so well organised and efficient. We were fed well and went to all sorts of places. The hotels were of good quality. Would use Wendy Wu again.

We rang to make a reservation for a holiday next year. The representative was very efficient and made the booking for us. It was straightforward.

Really good and well organised tour. From the moment you arrived, with someone waiting for you, to the point you were returning home, somebody was there to walk you through process to get you checked in. "Frank" the tour guide was very, very good. Very knowledgeable, always approachable, and very helpful.
The places of interests on the tour were well chosen. Hotels chosen were clean and modern, with the staff very friendly...no complaints at all.
Traffic in Shanghai and Beijing at times was heavy, (even from somebody comes from London), but that's obviously out of Wendy Wu's control.
Would definitely recommend Wendy Wu, and this tour. Go for it.

Fabulous Japan. First class service from start to finish. The itinerary and more was covered . Good hotels, variety of restaurants and different food experiences with guidance from our tour guide. We learned so much about Japan, its history and culture.. We were so pleased with our tour that we have booked another holiday next year..
Great holiday Wendy Wu

This was an excellent trip which took us all around the island, we saw history both ancient, modern and recent. Also natural amazing beautiful areas, national parks and a beach resort. We truly experienced a varied and fascinating trip around the island, as well as looking at the indigenous culture .
