All Australian citizens require a full passport for all holidays with Wendy Wu Tours and this should be valid for at least six months after the date of your scheduled return home date. If you are not an Australian citizen, other regulations may apply to you and you should check with the nearest embassy of the country you intend to visit.
Please note that for certain trips, we will require your passport details prior to accepting your booking. Furthermore, if you renew your passport after you have booked, it is important you advise us of the new details as soon as possible and you may be required to take your old passport with you to maintain the validity of the trip.
Many of our tours include visa fees. We handle the entire visa process, once you have booked, all you need to do is fill out the form and send your passport to us. We are always on hand to help you with any questions or queries you might have when completing the form.

For our South & Central America tours visa fees are not included. A visa is required for travel to Brazil for Australian passport holders, and must be arranged by the customer or travel agent at your own expense. Please check Tour Dossiers for more information and ensure you allow plenty of time before departure for processing. A minimum of six months validity is required for travel to these destinations.

Passengers with existing medical conditions and food allergies must advise Wendy Wu Tours no later than 60 days prior to your departure date from Australia of any medical conditions via the pre-registration forms received after deposit is processed.
