The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our main priority. We are continually following the advice of the Australian Government and Health authorities and have amended our booking conditions and cancellation policy to adapt to the evolving nature of the pandemic.
We appreciate these are challenging times. Wendy Wu Tours is here to support you through every phase and like you, we eagerly anticipate the time when our lives can return to a ‘new’ normal and travelling can once again resume.
The changes detailed here take effect from today onwards, until superseded by further amendments. We will be reviewing our policies weekly.
