Tour Itinerary

  • Day 1

    On arrival you'll be met and transferred to your hotel.

  • Day 2

    Visit the iconic sites of Quito and its old town centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire first hand one of the best restored historical centres in the Americas. Visit the San Francisco and La Compañia churches along with Plaza Grande before heading to El Panecillo Hill, a scenic viewpoint of Modern Quito. (B)

  • Day 3

    Today, explore Otavalo and the surrounding valleys and experience both nature and folklore in a single journey. Enroute stop at Mira Lago and admire the backdrop of the Imbabura Volcano. Visit a textile workshop and learn the intricacies of Indian textiles before reaching Otavalo, known for its myriad of markets. Finish the day at Tayta Gundo Kaya Wasi (Music House in Kichwa) where you will learn about the typical Indian instruments and see how they are made. (B,L)

    Transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
